But, he for sure doesn't. I also don't think he has the mentality of being a boss figure...like managing the coaching staff. I don't mean micromanaging, I'm just saying the HC is the boss...an employer. He's gotta get the right hires and have an administrative structure that is clear cut.
I just wonder if the structure doesn't exist even amongst the coaches. Maybe Kalani views himself more of a peer to the rest of the coaches rather than an administrator.
