Every university I know has already moved this semester and spring term online. No, it is not always "good" online learning, but it will be enough that students can still get their classes done. I see from below that you work for an online provider. I have no doubt they are hammering you, trying to get some help and support. I absolutely make no claims that what we're going to see in the next few months will be good learning, but I am sure every university will do something and students, often not knowing that there are wide differences in online quality, will just keep attending the university they were already planning on anyway.
