I hope you are right!

But, it would probably take a literal act of Congress in the US to absolve the venue, promoters and team owners/sponsors of the potential liability in such a circumstance in today's civil lawsuit landscape. I'd love to see it, let people take the risk if they want, as long as there is full transparency as to what the risks are.
