Do these forecasts include something less than a vaccine that still reduces stress on the health care system (like the drugs currently being pursued as such)?

Also, is there any sort of probability cone or something that shows the likelihood of each of the scenarios, or are they all based upon the timing of the general availability of a vaccine?
