Proximity to the ski resorts and Park City.
Proximity to downtown.
Proximity to the UofU.
I-215, which honestly feels like a private freeway to lets you skip the worst portion of I-15 traffic.
Good Public schools (Skyline, Oly, Brighton).
Well-designed infrastructure established before mega developers took control — Good balance of homes/retail/public land.
Almost no HOAs.
