Yeah, there are rich people around, but also just a bunch of "normal" people. I'm darn near a pauper by CB standards. I bought a modest home 17 years ago in a great area for a very affordable price and then built an addition and remodel doing all the work myself. I guess at this point I'm house and location rich, but my wife plans on dying in this house so it's not like it means much. Our ward is full of regular houses (~1800 SF to 3000 SF), people with regular jobs and even a handful of blue collar guys, lots of wives who have to work to help out. Nobody in our situation plans on leaving and there's no place to build, hence the inventory deficiency.
