My parents live in Cottonwood Heights. Where I grew up.

I thought for sure their house would appreciate more, but it hasn’t. It’s a decent-sized lot, but the size of the house is modest and it was built in the 1970s.

I own a modest-sized house in Saratoga Springs and it’s quickly catching up in value.
