CBD oil seemed to help me for a while but it was hard to really determine how much and how effective. The thing that helps me the most is trying to get after it in the gym 4-6 times a week. The gym is my mental health medicine. I then try to supplement with my home sauna. A good deep sweat seems to really help me.
In addition to what you learn from doctors, make sure to get a good sleep routine, perhaps a cleaned up diet and then exercise.
