doctor, primary care physician, internal medicine doctor first thing tomorrow morning and they can get you on sertraline or citalopram or lexapro or something like that the same day. You may start feeling better within 24 hours (depending on how your body reacts)
take some xanax tonight to help you calm down and sleep, and get to a doctor first thing tomorrow!
