Try an SNRI instead of an SSRI.

I use Pristiq which is an SNRI and not an SSRI. Those others didn’t work for me. It has made a ton of difference for me. I was having significant feelings of anxiety and worry but couldn’t figure and why and has no real reason to. It is strange and frustrating. Hang in there. We are here for you.

yes! you don't need a psychiatrist to get you on an ssri. go to a regular family
