I wish I had something I could offer up besides my best wishes but know you are not alone and many others have been
right where you are. This is not an attempt to replace the advice of medical professionals but I’ve been there and I’ve dabbled with various things to help me out of that hole.

CBD oil seemed to help me for a while but it was hard to really determine how much and how effective. The thing that helps me the most is trying to get after it in the gym 4-6 times a week. The gym is my mental health medicine. I then try to supplement with my home sauna. A good deep sweat seems to really help me.

In addition to what you learn from doctors, make sure to get a good sleep routine, perhaps a cleaned up diet and then exercise.

Hang in there man, you can absolutely do this.
