Some to Gen pop and others to my FO. I’ve dealt with depression and suicidal thoughts for over ten years. But when I was a kid I dealt with it too.
I’ve come close to suicide a few times as well.

yes! you don't need a psychiatrist to get you on an ssri. go to a regular family
