How often should you max? The program I'm starting runs of % of max, and it's been a long time since I've attempted max.

I've maxed bench, squat, and clean in the same session. I guess you could throw

I'd suggest you could have probably gotten a higher the second and third lift you maxed when you did multiple

They all ended up being PRs. I PR'ed my bench after sqatting with ease. Not sure

I'd just switch your day 1 and day 3 then. That will give your legs a break.
