I agree--I'm not an advocate of putting as much up as you can as often as you can. I just want my workouts to be
efficient, and I'd like to get my %s correct.

How often should you max? The program I'm starting runs of % of max, and it's been a long time since I've attempted max.

I'd suggest you could have probably gotten a higher the second and third lift you maxed when you did multiple
