The proper comparison is the risk of injury or death caused by the disease vs. caused by the vaccine. In every case, the disease is hundreds or thousands of times more dangerous. Measles was declared eradicated in the US thanks to vaccination. Now, thanks to anti-vaxxers, it's back. Yay for ignorance!
