Something more a parent would say to his kid
playing.... Not so much from a head coach.
While true, you don't want to give the players the impression that you're soft and losing is acceptable as long as you're having fun and making memories.
Those are just a natural product of your time spent in the program.
Might as well make winning memories while you're at it!
