Sometimes it seems (particularly on these boards) that a lot of folks view hating Utah as a key aspect of being a BYU fan.

Realistically that's not the case, it's just that those people are the loudest and share their opinions more than those who either don't care or even somewhat like Utah (as you seem to, preferring they go 12-1). So it's nice to see the spectrum of views here and hear those voices a bit.

Honestly didn't expect this post to blow up the way it has, but it has been nice to see a lot of folks who have more nuanced views than BYU good, Utah terrible.
