Now watch film and eval them. If you can't really do that, then I don't know what to tell you, Hall is better.
Stronger arm, more playmaking, more big plays without trick plays.
Posts like this remind me of some people asking why Wilson should start over Romney last year. The game film shows why. If you can;t see it, then maybe watch some QB evaluation films to learn why. Hall just has much more upside. Romney is a solid #2 to have. Unless Conover beats him out which could happen as well.
