From spring practice highlights it is easy to see that Hall has a stronger arm
and throws a prettier ball. Romney’s throws tend to glitter some, which is often the result of a weaker arm.
Now, lots more goes into the making of a successful QB, but right off the bat Hall has the physical advantage over Romney.
After that I tend to go with what the coaches are seeing, and what they are seeing is Hall separate himself, with Connover not far behind. Romney appears to have fallen behind those two, with the practice highlights backing that up.
