For me it was the spin and velocity on the ball (JH). BR seems to float the ball

BR is a good QB, but from what JH showed, I want to see more. I don't care much about his legs, it's nice if a QB can run but all I care about them running is if they can convert a 3rd down on a scramble. I prefer to see the ball in the air or in the hands of a RB/FB.
