Incredible guy, likable and universally well liked
I have no doubt that his knowledge of football offenses and specifically the type of offense we want is deeper than the vast majority of anyone else we could get as an OC
Yes, he is unproven as an OC at a Division 1 school, but if I were making the decision it's a risk I'd easily take. The potential upside is huge IMO.
