Well they don't stay 22 for more than a year but many start very young (24, 25)
I named 4 whose first coaching job after GA was at a major school (Utah, UCLA, USC, BYU). And that was off the top of my head. I could find many others I'm sure. It's not at all heart over head. QB coach is an entry-level job, and Ty has a ton of other experience. Your risk aversion is something to behold.
