BYU coaches have longer leashes than most college football
IF 1) They have winning seasons most of the time and 2) The team is staying out of trouble. BYU realizes that their coaching pool is small and if they feel a coach is doing well overall and fans are happy, they will be around for a while. It may take some time but this staff will be successful. I worry more about Ty and Ed being hired away more than I worry the coaches won't win games and be fired.
