Being a friendly guy
isn't really indicator of whether or not you will be a good head coach. Head coaches have all kinds of different personalities. Lavell's personality was in no way like Nick Saban's or Urban Meyer's yet all were successful.
Kalani is about to do something he's never done and we are going to find out exactly how good he is. Talk about his ceiling being higher than any coach is completely premature because we haven't seen him in action as a head coach.
