so you blame the refs for an (allegedly) superior BYU team letting UofA hang
around and allow a call to become so consequential?
the call was wrong. the call affected the outcome. the fact that the latter is true wasn't the refs fault...it was BYU's. did you ever play sports competitively? you never blame the refs. there's 101 things BYU could have done that game to not allow the refs to play such a big role in the outcome.
