I think a big reason for frustrations this last year was a seeming lack of accountability for bad decisions. For me, I get frustrated that with the kind of kids we get, we aren't one of the best as far as discipline and execution. I also think coach Rose realizes this, but it's not something you just fix mid-season. I think things will look different this year.
