Our guard line started the season playing in a very cavalier manner on offense (with the exception of LJ Rose) and it seemed quite a few of them were more focused on their own need to be the hero instead of being part of the team. Also on defense there wasn't much commitment from some of those same guards. If you've played on a team where some of your teammates aren't pulling their weight on both ends of the floor, that selfishness generates some resentment amongst team members.
