I think that % of population is very small.our lives aren't like sitcoms
where your buddies are just over at each other's houses on saturday. People have so much going on, kids sports, church stuff, so much stuff.
Maybe for a few people but I just don't see this as viable for most of the population that likes sports.
but hey, if that does work for you and your friends, have at it.
