2016 Final AP rankings:
#1 Clemson
#8 Florida State
#16 Virginia Tech
#20 Miami
#21 Louisville

Others receiving votes: Georgia Tech, Pittsburgh, North Carolina

Probably one of the last conferences I'd say is the weakest, although with a relatively small statistical sample size in FBS generally speaking, there is a lot of subjectivity on either side of any assertion.
