Recruiting is about building relationships.

And how are a bunch of kids from the inner cities of the East Coast or from the Deep South going to relate to a bunch of Mormon transplant coaches from Utah? Very bad idea. Maybe take a couple but not the entire staff. I think Bronco thought he would be able to recruit Mormon kids from the West to Virginia.
