Other than super serious injury (life threatening type - maybe heart condition, broken neck, etc), I still think he improves his earnings negotiations by playing another year or two in college. So to me, the risk is worth it.

Yeah, a lot of us would probably play basketball for a living for six figures, but for how long? What are his total earnings before he must hang it up? What are they after basketball, and what are his options after basketball? It could also end up being a bad financial decision. I hope not.
