Agreed 100%. The problem is that by firing ONLY Ty, nothing changes.
It should have been a NEW HC that made the decision to fire Ty. The entire program was horrible. It's not just about wins and losses. Sitake did not earn the right to keep his job. Replacing Ty does not fix the other problems that Sitake created. The other major problem with firing Ty was the WAY it was handled. It's not the fact that Ty is gone. That's on him. I get it. It's the way it was done, coupled with the fact that Sitake still has his job is what makes it tough for so many to swallow.
