I'm still a huge BYU fan. The football program has just left me with an empty feeling right now. No bitterness. No whining. No threats of leaving. Just telling it like it is. Far more non CB BYU fans feel the same way I do than not. I really believe this could have a long term affect on BYU athletics. Too many young fans on CB underestimate what Ty Detmer means to BYU football. It's not the fact that he was fired. It's how it was handled that stings the most.
