If I didn't think his hands were tied on Ty, I'd be more concerned.

Kalani sure should be on the hot seat this season, though.

In my mind he sure is. But I'm hopeful with his own staff in place now, things will not only get noticeably better -- but he'll be able to demand & demonstrate more accountability as the head guy.
