Unfortunately, I think the intention of the BOT is to eventually step out of collegiate sports entirely.
And, sadly, I think that they may be making the exact right decision. The CFB landscape is increasingly littered with scandal and now criminality. I hope we are in the right place to recover when the whole thing explodes as it soon will.
I am increasingly seeing the NCAA as the sports equivalent to the Boy Scouts. It’s only a matter of time.
