It's been 1 losing season in football with very inexperienced coaches. Much more experience with coaches we have now. Yes, it is in decline and it could decline farther, but it is in no way near worst case scenario. This whole basketball scandal could change things around dramatically. Yes, we have lost to 3 non st. Zaga teams, but we average 2.8 per year. We have won 20+ games every year for over a decade. Is it bad? Absolutely. As bad as the OP suggests? Not even close

Unfortunately, I think the intention of the BOT is to eventually step out of collegiate sports entirely.
