In the MWC we lost two players in 6 years (d Burgess, Jordan Cameron to football).
In WCC we lost 15 in 6 years. That is less than natl average of 42% turnover, but obviously a big jump up.
I am not saying the WCC is causing it, that's just how I broke out the numbers because it was two six year periods. The roster turnover also correlates with fewer seniors and fewer wins.
I think we will see more and more that the way to win in college basketball is either get eye popping talent, or find a way to keep a core of seven or eight guys together for a few years.
TBD on how this offseason goes for us, but it would be nice to maintain a core for the next 2 years.
