Nowhere near as dramatic as yours but I’ve still lost 43#’s overall and 33#’s of it since October plus probably 6” off my waist. I’d like to get down to an even 200#’s although to be honest with you that isn’t as important to me as just being well defined and having some decent muscle mass.
Keep on keeping on brother, sounds like you’ve got the motivation and are getting it done.
