specific plan in place to follow, otherwise a little snack here and there becomes a lot more quickly. So I've decided to continue with keto because it works so well for me, but I am allowing myself two cheat days per month. The day after a cheat day will likely be a fast day for most of it, just to speed up the process of getting back into ketosis.
I just had my first cheat day on my new plan today. I didn't go crazy with food at all, but my body is not used to carbs anymore. The food was great, but I feel gassy and bloated, so I just went for a 4-mile walk. Having a fast day tomorrow will actually feel good.
Anyway, that's my plan for now. I will keep close track of my weight and adjust my plan as needed. I'm determined to keep the weight off and continue to get healthier. I just feel so much better.
