The kid should enter the Yelp reviews as evidence

that UPE never had a positive reputation in the first place, so there could be no damages.

This case is interesting. How would a tow company ever win a lawsuit? Most (including judges) have had a horrible experience or know someone close to them who had a horrible experience with a tow company.
