no, Texas and Oklahoma had to say "no thanks" and leave the Pac12...
..in the lurch looking for a backup plan. Since they already had Colorado in the fold they weren't going to leave it at the "Pac11" . Had Texas and Oklahoma said "yes" we'd be looking at a Pac16 that didn't include Utah and the BYU vs Utah game would've been played in November every year since as part of the MWC schedule.
