Texas and OK were waiting on TAMU to decide. The Aggies were torn tween Pac10 &
...the SEC. They were given a 72 hr deadline to decide. This is where Utah fans don't understand, if they didn't all go, they weren't going. It wasn't a case of 4 would go without TAMU. It was all or nothing and because of TAMU's reluctance, Texas and OK pulled back and decided to save the Big 12. There was no "if TAMU doesn't go then Utah is in" deal. Because TAMU didn't want to go the rest of the Big12 south schools weren't an option
