You act like Kalani had nothing to do with the hire. If you are going to knock him down for hiring Ty (there is conflicting reports on whether he or TH hired him), you have to give him credit for bringing in Grimes.

And, we haven't seen this offense in action yet, so we don't even know if Grimes is the guy. Early returns look good, but calling plays on game day are a big part of an OC's job. We don't know yet if he can do that at a D1 level.
