Because KS does not understand how to instal discipline and accountability
into an organization. I believe Grimes does and can teach KS how to do it.
Like the poster above says,"KS needs to thank his lucky stars." The fact that Grimes is probably looking at BYU to get him to a OC job in a P5 program is probably why we got him.
It is a great set=up for both KS and Grimes.
