I would agree with this. I wasn't entirely sold that he didn't have control

while it was touching the ground. It can touch the ground if you still have control of it, which I thought he did have it pinned to his arm. I wouldn't have reversed the call if it was called incomplete but I also would not have reversed the call as it stood.
