I truly don't know anyone that thinks that they are more important because they
went to BYU. I'm sure that there is some smugness that they went to BYU over UVU, USU or even UU. Personally, if anyone takes offense, it is their OWN fault.
I do wish that less UU and USU fans would hate on BYU. That said, it seems that some Y fans are now learning to hate on UU and USU. Lame and weak. You can support one team without hating on any other — even with a rivalry*.
* I used to root for Utah schools, the MWC schools and then the west.... only rooting against the SEC. I don't follow UU anymore, but I don't follow them.
