and part fixing self-inflicted deficiencies.

1) Bronco did next to nothing to get his players ready for the NFL. Told them to focus on other priorities and make football 5th.
2) Bronco didn't generally hold players accountable to reach their potential. Many players under Bronco were coasting aka doing the minimum to retain their scholarships. If Bronco trusted players to fulfill their assignments in game, he wouldn't demote them.
3) Bronco didn't use all the allotted practices
4) Bronco didn't play the recruiting game that cost him several top players

And yes Sitake needs to take blame also for the culture he created in his first 2 years. Its much better now and the players have bought in.
