We actually are getting closer than people realize to resource control
As it’s coming from the hospitals who after buying up all market share are now starting to get paid in certain markets with lump sums for the patient population they manage
They then get to keep whatever amount is not spent.. so docs within the system then get restricted, reimbursed less or shamed if they “spend” too much on patients
