That’s how I think it should work. Crappy cheap everything with minimum service
and a long line at the free health care places. Laser beams, holograms, and room service at the private clinics.
All the free system needs to do is replace Medicare and Medicaid, (that’s a huge budget already) and give access to those who want it for free.
Lots of countries do this, not just Germany.
