was i didn't want to spend a night a week away from my own kids (I have to work night about every 4th night)

I knew I wouldn't do a good job and wouldn't be reliable and that there are dozens of people who could make a stronger impact on those kids life.

I had a little guilt for a few seconds and the bishop had an awkward pause after I said it but seems fine now.
